igs~a.- A discussion was held on leasing a copier thru State Purchasing for 323 Earl Garrett. The County Auditor, Tom Modisett, suggested dividing the cost of the lease between the three offices that will be the main users oŁ the copier, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1's Office, the County Attorney's Office, and the Juvenile Probation Office. ORDER NO. 19513 EMERGENCY DECLARED TO CREATE NEW LINE ITEMS, TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN ORIGINAL BUDGET AND APPROVAL TO LEASE A COPIER THRU STATE PURCHASING On this the 14th day of May 1990, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved to declare an emergency and create new line items and transfer funds as follows: '~ 5116.66 from Line Item No. 10-455-457, Maintenance Contracts, to New Line Item No. 10-455-461, Lease Copier, in Justice of the Peace, Prec. #1 Office; 5116.67 from Line Item No. 10-475-561, Computer Hardware, to New Line Item No. 10-475-461, Lease Copier, in the County Attorney's Office; and, 5116.67 from Line Item No. 10-570-457, Maintenance Contracts, to New Line Item No. 10-570-461, Lease Copier, in the Juvenile Probation Office. The Court also authorized the lease oŁ a Xerox Model 1025 copier thru State Purchasing for 323 Earl Garrrett to be shared by the County Offices located at that address.
