Mr. Phil Neighbors of the Econumic Development Committee
addressed the Court in reference to the growth of Kerr
County. The committee would litre the input oŁ each officer
of the Court as to the areas of Kerr County where growth is
desireable. Each officer said they would check in their
individual areas and give their recommendations to
Commissioner Morgan. Judge Edwards said he had been trying
for at least the past two years to expand the Ag. complex and
the park and land owned by the County at that location. Mr.
Neighbors said that the overall plan included all oŁ that
area.
Bids were opened for paving material. 'T'here were a total of
seven (7) bids received.

COUNTY kOAU ENGINEER, GERALD MENEFEE, AND
THE COUNTY AUDITOR, TOM MODISETT, FOR
THEIR CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 14th day oŁ May 199~D, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the referral of bids for paving
material to the County Road Engineer, Gerald Menefee, and the
County Auditor, Tom Modisett, for their consideration and
recommendation.
Gerald Menefee, Road Engineer, gave his monthly report for
April 1990. (No action taken thru Court.)

On this the 14th day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
