COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
May 24, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present except
County Judge Danny Edwards, and the Gourt having duly opened
the following proceedings were had:

Chairman Pro Tem Holehamp chaired the meeting.
Judge Edwards arrived at 1:35 P. M.
A Public Hearing was held on the creation of the Kerr County
Rural Fire Prevention District No. 1. There were twelve (12)
members oŁ the public present. The only concern expressed
was the boundary line toward Hunt, near Bumble Bee. Hunt
Volunteer Fire Department can respond faster. Mr. Omar Crabb
responded that the people near Bumble Bee had requested to be
included in the Fire District.
The Public Hearing closed and Commissioners' Court reconvened
in open session at 1:50 P. M.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TU TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 24th day oŁ May 1590, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekarnp, ceconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the following budget amendments in
the District Clerk's Office:
S400.00 from Line Item No. 10-450-485, Conference Expense,
to Line Item No. 10-450-412, Micro Film Records;
and,
38.21 from Line Item No. 10-450-499, Miscellaneous, to
Line Item No. 10-450-457, Maintenance Contracts.
