ORDER NO. 19529 ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESIGNATION OF JORGE VELEZ IN THE ROAD & BRIDGE DEPARTMENT' On this the 24th day o£ May 1990, upon motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved to accept the resignation o£ Jorge Velez in the Road 8 Bridge Department effective April 30, 1990. Mr. Velez has no vacation time or comp, time due him. ~4s'aq.i Dr. Edwin Hall addressed the Court in reference to Partners in Parenting Education grant. Commissioner Holekamp ask Ur. Hall i£ the other counties included in the grant are participating with money as Kerr County does. Dr. Hall said ._ no. There was a verbal agreement that the other counties would each donate 52600.00, but no money has come forth. County Judge Edwards said we needed the other three counties in order to get the grant, so that is their donation. Commissioner Holekamp said he would like to deal with this at budget time. Ur. Hall replied the contract with Kerr County would e:~pire on August 31, 1990 and budget time would be to late. No further action was taken by the Court. Dr. Hall ask i£ this meant they were free to find another underwriter. Judge Edwards replied yes. ORDER NO. 19530 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE 216TH DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE On this the 24th day of May 1990, Commissioner Holekamp moved to transfer S°00.00 from Line Item No. 10-440-457, Maintenance Contracts, to Line Item No. 10-440-456, Machine Repairs, in the 216th District Attorney's Uffice.
