Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:

APPROVAL TO PAY FINAL DRAW TO REICHENAU BROS.
CONSTRUCTION DN KERRVILLE SOUTH II ROAD DISTRICT
On this the 31st day of May 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to pay the final draw to Reichenau
Bros. Construction Company on Kerrville South II Road
District.
The County Auditor and the County Treasurer are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on 15-612-581, Kerrville South
II Road District, for 530,925.62 and roads payable to
Reichenau Br-o s. Construction Company.

BUDGET AMENDMENT 'TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN CONSTABLE
PREC. #5 OFFICE
Un this the 31st day of May 1990, Commissioner Holekamp made
the motion to transfer 5100.00 from Line Item No. 10-555-499,
Miscellaneous, to Line Item No. 10-555-570, Capital Outlay,
in Constable, Precinct #`~ Office. Said motion died for lack
of a second.
