Commissioner Ray, and unanimOUBly apprav~d by the Court, it
is hereby ORDERED that the County Attorney's OĢĢice is
authorized to do all things necessary, including the filing
of suit to remove the lock from the gate across the county
road at Fall Branch as well as any other action or actions
necessary to bring any encroachments along said road into
compliance with the law.
