AUTHORIZATION FDR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
TO REPRESENT THE COUNTY IN THE LITIGATION WITH
DAVZD BRADEN, DAVID I_E:HMAN AND REGGIE TUCK
On this the 31st day oY May 199 m, came on to be considered by
the Court, the threatened ]awsuit. against the County by David
Braden, David Lehmann, and Reggie Tuck concerning the alleged
issuance or non-issuance of septic tank permits in the
Wnodcreek Subdivision.
On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, and unanimously approved by the Court, it
is hereby ORDERED that the County Attorney's Office is
authorised to do all things necessary, including the riling
of cross-actions and counterclaims, to defend Kerr County in
any lawsuit filed against the County arising from the alleged
issuance or non-issuance of septic tank permits in the
Wuodcreek Subdi'/isior..
