That }{err County NOT be declared a critical water
area for purposes of ground water protection.
FURTHERMORE:
Kerr (:ounty will request the Texas Legislature to
grant regulatory authority to require permits for
drilling, completing, or substantial alteration of
water wells; require accurate drillers' logs be
kept and filed with the County; and require
landowners to properly cap unused wells.
