COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN A BUDGET WORKSHOP on
Thursday, June 21, 1990 at 8:10 A. M. with Commissioner's 8111
Ray, Precinct #2, Glenn K. Holekamp, Precinct #3, and H. A.
Baldwin, Precinct #4 present, Commissioner R. Gordon Morgan
arriving at 8:55 A. M., and Judge Edwards absent.
Chairman Pro Tem Holekamp chaired the workshop in the absence
oŁ the County Judge. The Court met with County Attorney
David Motley, District Attorney Bruce Curry, Extension Agent
Eddie Holland, Assistant County Treasurer Cindy Jones,
Director oŁ Kerr County Environmental Health, David Litke,
Sheriff Frances Kaiser, and Road Engineer Gerald Menefee.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
June 21, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with Commissioners' Glenn K.
Holekamp, Precinct #3, H. A. Baldwin, Precinct #4, and R.
Gordon Morgan, Precinct #1, present and the Court having duly
opened the following proceedings were had:
Chairman Pro Tem Holekamp chaired the meeting in the absence

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 21st day of June 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid Fund,
Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District
Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, with Commissioner's Morgan and Holekamp voting

"AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING", said motion to
pay said claims and accounts, with the exception of invoice
number 14436 to Texas H111 Country Frames and invoice number
14501 to TRC Engineering Services, was approved by a majority
vote.

APPROVAL TO PAY INVOICE NUMBER 14436 OUT OF
FUND 80, HISTORICAL COMMISSION, INSTEAD
OF COURTHOUSE & RELATED BUILDINGS AND TO WRITE
A HAND CHECK
On this the 21st day of June 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to pay invoice number 14436 out of
Fund 80, Historical Commission, instead of Courthouse &
Related Buildings.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 80-690-200 for
510.34 and made payable to Texas Hill Country Frames.
Commissioner Hill Ray, Precinct S2, arrived at 1:45 P. M.
County Judge Danny Edwards arrived at 1:55 P. M.
