The Court discussed Letter of Credit No. 205 issued by the
First National Bank of Kerrville on the account of Clara B.
Nabors for River Crest Subdivision. The Court suggested that
Mr. Nabors try during the next 30 days to extend his Letter
of Credit and if he ie unable to, then the Court will cancel
the Letter of Credit. River Crest will have a water system
which will negate several of the problems with small lots.
The only houses in the subdivision are on Lots 7 and 8.
There was no action through Court at this time.

On this the 21st day of June 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Judge Edwards, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan and Holekamp, and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin voting "NAY", said
~' motion to approve the hiring of Cynthia Smith as the Youth
Coordinator, effective July 1, 1990 at Pay Group 15, Step 1,
515, 500.00 annually, Sl, 291. 67 monthly and 5645.83
semi-monthly, was approved by a majority vote.
