The Court discussed Letter of Credit No. 205 issued by the
First National Sank of Kerrville on the account of Clara B.
Nabors for River Crest Subdivision. The Court suggested that
Mr. Nabors try during the next 30 days to extend his Letter
of Credit and if he ie unable to, then the Court will cancel
the Letter of Credit. River Crest will have a water system
which will negate several of the problems with small lots.
The only houses in the subdivision are on Lots 7 and 8.
There was no action through Court at this time.

Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Ray and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Baldwin and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said
motion to pay County's deductible on insurance settlement on
Lucius Breeland, subject to approval of papers by the County
~' Judge, was approved by a majority vote.,
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item Ho. 10-560-207 for
55,000.00 and made payable to National Casualty Company.
