On this the 21st day of June 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Ray and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Baldwin and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said
motion to pay County's deductible on insurance settlement on
Lucius Breeland, suhject to approval oŁ papers by the County
'~'', Judge, was approved by a majority vote.,
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-560-207 for
55,000.00 and made payable to National Casualty Company.
