COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on Monday,
July 9, 1990, with the following officers present:
R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner, Precinct #1
Glenn K. Holekamp, Gommissioner, Precinct #3
H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner, Precinct #4
County Judge Edwards and Commissioner, Precinct #2 Bill Ray
were absent, and the Court having duly opened the following
proceedings were had:
Chairman Pro Tem Baldwin chaired the meeting.
ORDER NO. 19601
CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of July 1990, came on to be considered by
the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County
and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims and
accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Fire
Protection, Road 8 Bridge, Public Library, Juvenile State Aid
Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, Parenting, and 216th District
Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp and unanimously approved by the Court to pay said
claims and accounts, except invoice no. 14728 in Road &
Bridge is to be withheld pending further information.
