KERR COUNTY JAIL TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 9th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer 5170.26 from Line Item
No. 10-512-487, Training, in the Kerr County Jail to Line
Item No. 10-560-487, Training School, in the Sheriff's
Office.

EMERGENCY DECLARED AND THE BUDGET AMENDED TO
TRANSFER 516,958.75 FROM SURPLUS TO NON-DEPARTMENTAL
On this the 9th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to declare an emergency and amend
the budget to transfer 516,958.75 from Surplus to Line Item
No. 10-409-207, TAC Unemployment Insurance, in
Non-Departmental.
