MOTION TO AMEND ORDER N0. 19576 DATED JUNE 11,
1990 EXTENDING THE AMCARE CONTRACT
TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL ITEMS
On this the 9th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to amend Order No. 19576, dated
June 11, 1990 on the extension of the AMCARE Contract, to
include the following:
1. Contractor shell appoint Dr. Ottis Layne as its
Medical Director in Kerrville.
2. Contractor shall indemnify and save harmless any
licensed physician who renders aid during an
ambulance call from any and all claims and damages
to every kind, for injury to or death of any person
or persons arising out of or attributed, directly
or indirectly, to the operations or performance of
AMCARE under this Agreement, including claims and
damages arising in whole or in part from the acts
of those physicians rendering aid.

APPOINTMENT OF ROBBIE HURT TO THE LIBRARY
ADVISORY BOARD
On this the 9th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the appointment of Robbie Hurt to
the Library Advisory Board. Mr. Hurt will replace Debra
Henderson who resigned upon moving to San Antonio. This
appointment is with the concurrence of the Kerrville City
Council.
