Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Judy
Suggs, Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas be
ratified and confirmed, effective June 30, 1990, and that
Jackie Davis be promoted to Senior Clerk, Pay Group 14, Step
2, 515,122.00 annually, 51,260.17 monthly, and 5630.08
semi-monthly, Simons Garza be promoted to Administrative
Clerk, Pay Group 15, Step 3, 516,284.00 annually, S1, 357.00
monthly, and 5678.50 semi-monthly, and Thea Sovil be promoted
to Senior-Accounting Clerk, Pay Group 14, Step 3, S15,500.00
annually, 51,291.67 monthly, and 5645.83 semi-monthly. The
three promotions are to be effective August 1, 1990.

On this the 9th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Sandy
Elliott, Deputy Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas be ratified
and confirmed, effective July 6, 1990, and that the hiring of
Barbara Ann Nemec, effective July 5, 1990 at 56.75 an hour to
work part-time in the County Treasurer's Office, be ratified
and confirmed. Said part-time employee shall only work 30
hours per pay period.
