On this the 12th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to rescind Order No. 18142 dated
September 22, 1988 that accepted appraised value of 53,699.00
on 0.544 acres in quitclaim to State Department of Highways
and Public Transportation in Camp Pearl Wheat Project.
