ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY
DEPOSITORY
On this the 12th day of July 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the necessity to make notice by publication for
the County Depository for a period from the awarding of the
contract until December 31, 1991, as per Chapter 131, Texas
Local Government Gode, and it appearing to the Court that
such notice should be in compliance with Section 116.021,
Texas Local Government Code, to enter into a contract with
any banking corporation, association or individual banker,
for the Depository of the County Funds, County and District
Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of said
County in any bank; therefore, on motion duly made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be,
and is hereby directed to issue such notice of publication in
the official newspaper of Kerr County within twenty days
before the awarding of said contract, to comply with Section
116.021, Texas Local Government Code. The County Auditor is
to prepare the bid specifications and make sure each bank in
the County receives a copy of the specs.
