On this the 19th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Baldwin voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to pay invoice number
14728 held from Claims and Accounts on July 9, 1990, was
approved by a majority vote.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 15-611-553 for
ro 52,040.00 and made payable to Schwarz Construction Co.

Court unanimously approved to transfer 550.00 from Line Item
No. 10-660-400, Cemetary Maintenance, in County Sponsored
Activities, to Line Item No. 10-458-309, Postage, in Justice
of the Peace, Prec. #4's Office, and S50.00 from Line Item
No. 10-660-400, Cemetary Maintenance, in County Sponsored
Activities, to Line Item No. 10-458-310, Office Supplies, in
Justice of the Peace, Prec. #4's Office.
