APPOINTMENT OF STAN REID, ASSISTANT COUNTY
ATTORNEY, TO NEGOTIATE LEASE WITH LIVE OAK PLAZA
On this the 19th day of July 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the leasing of office space at Live Oak Plaza
for the Adult Probation Office. Upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to authorize Stan Reid, Assistant
County Attorney, to negotiate the lease with Live Oak Plaza
and to submit the final lease to the Commissioners' Court for
approval.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 19th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
