COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
July 26, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present except
Bill Ray, Commissioner, Precinct #2, and the Court having
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
ORDER NO. 19667
CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 26th day of July 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved far payment out of General, Jury,
Fire Protection, Road 8 Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile
State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, Parenting, Indigent
Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp,
and Morgan voting "AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said
motion to pay the claims and accounts against the County was
appprowed by a majority vote.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
216TH AND 198TH DISTRICT COURTS
On this the 26th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer 5650.00 from Line Item
No. 10-435-402, Court Appointed Attorney's, to Line Item No.
10-435-570, Capital Outlay, in the 216th District Court, and
5650.00 from Line Item No. 10-935-402, Court
