..~ Kevin Billeiter, Toiler in the Kerr County Jail be ratified
and confirmed, effective July 24, 1990.
Mr. Billeiter is to be paid for 4 hours comp-time, 24 hours
holiday pay, and 40 hours vacation.
Gerald Menefee, County Road Engineer, presented proposed
amendments to the Road & Bridge policies. Mr. Menefee is to
make minor changes to the policies, then return to the Court
for final approval of the policy amendments.
Mr. Menefee also presented the Court with a draft copy of the
bid package for a prefab maintenance building. No action was
taken by the Court on either issue.
