AUTHORIZATION TO PAY CYNTHIA P. JONES FOR
EIGHT (8) DAYS VACATION
On this the 9th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Judge Edwards, with
Commissioner's Baldwin and Morgan and Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", and Commissioner Holekamp voting "NAY", said motion to
pay Cynthia P. Jones Eor eight (8) days vacation was approvod
by a majority vote.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to pay Ms. Jones for eight (8> days vacation on
her final paycheck of August 15, 1990.
ORDER NO. 19700
APPROVAL OF JUDGE EDWARDS SIGNING AGREEMENT WITH
GRANT THORNTON TO AUDIT THE KERR COUNTY RECORDS
On this the 9th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Baldwin voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", it was approved by a majority
vote of the Court that County Judge Danny R. Edwards sign a
letter of agreement for the firm of Grant Thornton to audit
the records of Kerr County for the year ending September 30,
1990, for the sum of 518,500.00. If expansions of scope such
as under the Single Audit Act are necessary, there will be an
additional fee of approximately 51,900.00.
