APPROVAL OF KERRVILLE TELEPHONE COMPANY'S INSTALLATION
OF A UTILITY LINE WITHIN THE COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY
OF RANCHERO AND LAKEWAY
On this the 13th day of August 1990 came on to be considered
by the Court the placing of a utility line by Kerrville
Telephone Company within the County right of way of Ranchero
and Lakeway. Starting at 1120 Ranchero Road, Kerrville
Telephone Company proposes to place an additional aerial
cable on the existing Kerrville Public Utility Board pole
line. The line will corner at the intersection of Ranchero
Road and Lakeway Drive. This line will run for approximately
430 feet on Lakeway Drive.
On motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, with Commissioner's Morgan, Ray, Holekamp
and Baldwin voting "AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING",
said motion to approve the placing of the utility line was
approved by a majority vote.
