On this the 13th day of August 1990 came on to be considered
by the Court the plat of The Highlander, Phase lA, located in
the ETJ and in Commissioner's Precinct 3. With the plat
meeting all the Subdivision Rules and Regulations oŁ Kerr
County and having prior approval oŁ the City, upon motion
made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner
Morgan, the Court unanimously approved the filing oŁ the plat
with the County Clerk. Recorded in Volume 6, Page 32 of the
plat records of Kerr County, Texas.

IN THE KERB COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
