Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Marlene
Karger, Secretary in the Kerr County Extension Office, be
ratified and confirmed effective August 1.~, 1990. Ms. Karger
is to be paid for 52 hours of accrued annual leave.

On this the 13th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the hiring of Sharon Schmidt as
secretary (office manager) in the Kerr County Extension
Office, effective August 16, 1990 at Pay Group 12, Step 1,
513,365.00 annually, 51,113.75 monthly, and 5556.88
semi-monthly.
