On this the 13th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the transfer of Marilyn Fritz from
the County Attorney's Office to the 216th District Attorney's
Office, effective September 1, 1990 at Pay Group 14, Step 1,
514,752.00 annually, S1, 229. 33 monthly, and 5614.67
semi monthly.

BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF STAN REID,
ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY, AND AUTHORIZATION
FOR COUNTY JUDGE EDWARDS TO SIGN SAID LEASE ON
BEHALF OF KERR COUNTY FOR THE ADULT PROBATIDN OFFICE
On this the 13th day of August 1990 came on to be considered
,-,.. by the Court the lease at Live Oak Plaza between Wilson
Schanzer Real Estate Services, San Antonio, Texas, and the
County of Kerr, for the Adult Probation Office. Based on the
recommendation of Stan Reid, Assistant County Attorney, on
motion made by Commissioner Holekamp and seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, with Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and
Ray voting "AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", the
Court by a majority vote approved the lease at Live Oak Plaza
and authorized County Judge Edwards to sign said lease on
behalf of Kerr County.

AGENDA at 2:40 P. M. The Court met with the Kerr County
Historical Commission, represented by Jimmy Peschel, Sgt.
