COMMISSIONERS' COJJRT CONVRNED IN BUDGET WORKSHOP on Monday,
August 20, 1990 at 2:10 P.M, with County Judge Edwards, R.
Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Precinct #1, and Bill Ray,
Commissioner Precinct #2, present and Commissioner's Glenn
Holekamp and H. A. Ral.dwin absent. The Court met with David
Litke, head of Kerr County Environmental Health, Bill
Ragsdale, Justice of the Peace, Precinct #9 elect, and
Frances A. Kaiser, Kerr County Sheriff.
