CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Fire Protection, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile
State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, Indigent Health Care,
Permanent Improvement, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
three to pay said claims and accounts.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE KERR
COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR/COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of three to transfer 528.33
from Line Item No. 10-499-310, Office Supplies, to Line Item
No. 10-499-315, Books-Publications-Dues, in the Tax
Assessor/Collector's Office.
