PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 1990-1991 OPERATING
BUDGET FOR KERR COUNTY TO BE HELD ON
SEPTEMBER 20, 1990 AT 2:00 O'CLOCK P. M.
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Morgan and Ray voting "AYE", and County Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion that a public hearing be
held on the proposed operating budget for Kerr County for the
fiscal year, October 1st, 1990 through September 30th, 1991,
pursuant to provisions of Article 689a - 11, Vernon's Texas
Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, was approved by a
majority vote of tro to one. Said public hearing to be held
.. on September 20, 1990 at 2:00 o'clock P. M., in the County
Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas.
A copy of the Budget Analysis will be available for
inspection in the office of the Kerr County Clerk as of 2:00
o'clock P. M., September 10, 1990.

SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TAX RATE
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of three to set a Public
Hearing for Tuesday, September 25, 1990 at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse,
Kerrville, Texas, for the tax rate for 1990-1991.
