ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY CHAS.
SCHREINER BANK, NOW NCNB TEXAS, TO SECURE COUNTY FUNDS
AND ACCEPTANCE OF A REPLACEMENT SECURITY
On this the 23rd day oŁ August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of request from NCNB Texas to secure
funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the
Court that said securities should be released and replaced as
requested; it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner
Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, and unanimously
approved by a vote of three by the Court that the request
from NCNH Texas be granted and that the following securities
listed below be released:

It is further ordered by the Court that the Frost National
