MOTION TO RESCIND ORDER NO. 19311 DATED JANUARY 11,
1990 AND DESIGNATE THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF AS
THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY FOR PURPOSES OF THE
RABIES CONTROL ACT
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the appointment of a Local Health Authority for
purposes of the Rabies Control Act. Upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote oŁ three to rescind Order Ho.
19311 dated January 11, 1990 which appointed Sheriff Frances
A. Kaiser as the rabies control officer, and to make a new
order to appoint the Kerr County Sheriff as the Local Health
Authority Eor purposes of the Rabies Control Act.

RE-APPOINTMENT OF DAVID L. JACKSON TO THE
KERR EMERGENCY 9-1-1 NETWORK BOARD
On this the 23rd day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of three to re-appoint David
L. Jackson to the Kerr Emergency 9-1-1 Network Board for a
two year term beginning September 1, 1990.
