There were no orders passed as a result of Executive Session.
Frankie Speakmon, Head oŁ the Courthouse Maintenance,
~Q~60.~ addressed the Court with a request to place awnings over the
East and West side entrances oŁ the Courthouse. Complete
installation will be 5952.00. The Court told Mr. Speakmon he
had the Funds in his budget and there was a definite need.
He is to proceed with the installation and send the statement
for cost through routine bills.
