COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED on Thursday, August 30, 1990
at 9:09 A. M. in a continuation of Special Session from
Monday, August 27, 1990 on the proposed budget, with all
officers present except Judge Edwards. Chairman Pro Tem
Baldwin chaired the meeting.
Judge Edwards arrived at 11:05 A. M. Chairman Pro Tem Baldwin
continued to chair the special session.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT SPECIAL SESSION RECESSED at 11:20 A. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT SPECIAL SESSION RECONVENED at 12:48 P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT SPECIAL SESSION RECESSED at 1:30 P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Thursday,
August 30, 1990 at 1:30 P. M. with all officers present and
the Gourt having duly opened the following proceedings were
had:
ORDER NO. 19762
MOTION, THAT ON THE AUDITOR'S RECOMMENDATION,
SECURITY STATE BANK 8 TRUST BE SELECTED AS
COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this the 30th day of August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Gaurt, the bid of SECURITY STATE BANK & TRUST,
offering its service as Depository for County Funds, County
and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School
Funds.
It appearing to the Court that the bid of SECURITY STATE BANK
& TRUST offers the most favorable terms and conditions and
that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository
and has complied with the conditions of notice duly published
as required by law.

Upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved that the bid
of SECURITY STATE BANK & TRUST is ordered accepted and said
Bank is hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds,
County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public
School Funds, until December 31, 1991.
Said Bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient
bonds or deposit sufficient securities as required by law, in
the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in the
proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with
copies of said Depository Contracts to this Court for
approval at its next Regular Term.
JUDGE EDWARDS left the Courtroom at 1:35 P. M.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE
KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 30th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Covrt unanimously approved to transfer 5409.50 from Line Item
No. 10-560-220, Employee Medical Exam, to Line Item No.
10-560-316, Uniforms, in the Kerr County Sheriff's Office.
