On this the 30th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer 5318.40 from Line Item No.
18-650-570, Capital Outlay, to Line Item No. 18-650-590,
Books, in the County Law Library.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY TREASURER TO
GIVE THE KERR COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION THE CHECK
FOR 51,000.00 APPROVED ON JULY 26, 1990
On this the 30th day of August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the	legality of	the donation of	51,000.00	to the
Kerr	County Fair	Association	approved by the	Court on	July
26,	1990 for the	Kerr County	Fair Association Float.	The
Court reached the conclusion if the donation was made for a
specific project it was legal. On motion made by Judge
Edwards, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Judge Edwards
and Commissioner's Holekamp, Baldwin and Ray voting "AYE",
and Commissioner Morgan "ABSTAINING", the Court by a majority
vote authorized the County Treasurer to release the check for
51,000.00 to the Kerr County Fair Association.
