Eire commissioners to serve as the district's governing body
for the Kerr County Rural Fire Prevention District #1,
according to the Health and Safety Code 794.033.
Upon motion made by Judge Edwards, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the following five
(5) Kerr County residents, recommended by Commissioner
Baldwin, to serve as the Fire District Commissioners:
Elaine Casteel, Northwest part of district
Bill Best, Bear Paw addition
Hugt, Palmer, Hills and Dales addition
Don Oehler, City of Ingram
Kenneth R. Moore, Greenwood Forest addition

Court unanimously approved to amend Order No. 19497 dated May
3, 1990, to add Contract No. 070, Automobiles, to the State
Purchasing Contract.

On this the 30th day of August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court a new phone system for the Adult Probation
Department. On motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved to
accept the proposal from Advanr_ed Tel-Com Systems, a Division
of Kerrville Telephone Company, for the purchase and
installation of a new system for Adult Probation at their new
offices at Live Oak Plaza.
(Commissioner Morgan was out of the Courtroom during voting.)

TO OBTAIN TITLE SEARCHES FOR PROPERTIES IN
TURTLE CREEK RANCHES, KEITH BOULEVARD
On this the 30th day of August 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan and Ray, and Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING", said
motion to authorize the County Attorney's Office to obtain
title searches for properties in Turtle Creek Ranches along
Keith Boulevard was approved by a majority vote.
