MOTION TO AMEND ORDER NO. 19783 DATED AUGUST 30, 1990
TO EMPLOY TODD BYRON BURDICK AS DEPUTY SHERIFF
IN LIEU OF JAILER
On this the 6th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Morgan, and Judge Edwards voting
"AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING", said motion to
amend Order No. 19783, dated August 30, 1990, to read hire
Todd Byron Burdick as Deputy Sheriff in lieu of Jailer with
the same effective date of September 9, 1990 was approved by
a majority vote. Mr. Burdick will be paid at Pay Group 17,
Step 1, 517,109.00 annually, 51,425.75 monthly, and 5712.88
r., semi-monthly.
The Court had a final discussion of the proposed budget for
1990-1991 prior to the filing of the budget with the County
Clerk. The Court was in agreement that the budget was ready
to be filed.

On this the 6th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
