ORDER N0. 19811 DESIGNATION OF THE SECOND MONDAY OF EACH MONTH AS REGULAR TERM OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT On this the 10th day o£ September 1990 came on to be r_onsidered by the Court the designation of a day o£ the week on which the court shall convene in a regular term each month during the next fiscal year according to Local Government Code, Chapter 81.005. On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved to designate the second Monday o£ ear_h month as the regular term o£ Commissioners' Court. !9~/1•I The Agreement for Dispatching Services with Ingram, Texas was -- discussed with the Assistant County Attorney, Stan Reid. It was the unanimous decision of the Court to trade services rather than charge a fee. The mayor of Ingram will make a list of possible services they will provide, and Stan Reid will draw up an in kind contract to bring back to the Court. ORDER N0. 19812 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN KERB COUNTY AND BFI WASTE SYSTEMS FOR THE KERB COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND THE KERB COUNTY YOUTH EXHIBITION CENTER On this tt,e 10th day of September 1990 came on to be considered by the Court the service agreement between Kerr County and BFI Waste Systems for the Kerr County Courthouse and the Kerr County Youth Exhibition Center. On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved the agreement and authorized the County Judge to sign same on behalf o£ Kerr County. PAGE 993
