FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COMMISSIONERS' COURT
ORDER NO. 1.9699
On this the 10th day of September 1990 came on to be
considered try the Court the enforcement of Commissioners'
Court Grder No. 19695, dated August 9, 1990, to pay Cynthia
P. Jones for eight (8) days vacation. Judge Edwards moved to
issue a cor~t.empt citation against the Kerr County Treasurer
to appear before the Court in ten (10) days to show cause why
she should not be so held in contempt oŁ court for failure to
obey Commissioners' Court Order No. 19699, Said motion was
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and wr.th Judge Edwards and
Commissioner Baldwin voting "AYE", and C:ommissioner's Morgan
