FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COMMISSIONERS' COURT
ORUEk NO. 19699
On this the 10th day of September 1990 came on to be
considered by the Court the enforcement of Commissioners'
Court Grder Na. 19699, dated August 9, 1990, to pay Cynthia
P. Jones for eight (8) days vacation. Judge Edwards moved to
issue a contempt citation against the Kerr County Treasurer
to appear before the Court in ten (10) days to show cause why
she should not be so held in contempt of court for failure to
obey Commissioners' Court Order No. 19699. Said motion was
seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and with Judge Edwards and
Commissioner Baldwin voting "AYE", and C:ommissioner's Morgan
