On this the 27th day of September 1.990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Baldwin, Holekamp and Ray voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion. to amend
the proposed 1990-1991 Kerr Cnunty budget to eliminate the 4%
salary increase for all Elected Officials was Bpproved by ~
majority vote.

_~. TO DECREASE FUND 70, PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS, BY 520,000.00
BY LEAVING 510,000.00 IN LZNE ITEM NO. 70-675-560
On this the 27th day of September 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Hay, Morgan, Holekamp, and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwar-ds voting "NAY", said motion to amend
the proposed 1990-1991 budget to decrease Fund 70, Permanent
Improvements, by 520,000.00 by leaving 510,000.00 in Line
Item Nc+. 70-675-560, Juvenile Detention and Bond Cost, was
approved by a majority vote.
