On this the 27th day of September 1990, ~~pon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to amend
the proposed 1990-1991 budget to decrease Road & Bridge by
540,000.00 by reducing Line Item No. 15-611-553, Contracts
Fees, to 5348,618.00 was approved by a majority vote.

increase in salary for Justice of the Peace, Precinct #1 was
approved by a majority vote.
