MOTION TO TABLE THE ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED
1990-1991 BUDGET UNTIL FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1990
On this the ':.7th day oŁ September 1990, County Judge Edwards
moved to table the adoption oŁ the proposed 1990-1991 budget
until Friday, September 28, 1.990, to give him time to review
the changes in the budget. Said motion failed for lack of a
second.

ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING OCTOBER 1ST, 1990
AS AMENDELr
On this the 27th day of September 1990 came on to be
_,. considered by the Court the matter of adoption of the County
Budget for the fiscal year, beginning October 1st, 1990. It
appearing to the Court that proper notices were posted, and a
public hearing was held on September 20, 1990 at 2:00 o'clock
Y.M., and after thorough examination by the Court and the
consideration of the public interest of the community, the
Court is of the opinion that the Proposed Operating Budget
for Kerr County, Teaas, for the fiscal year beginning October
1st, 1990 should be approved as amended.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, with Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp,
Ray, and Baldwin, voting "AYE", and County Judge Edwards
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
