On this the 27th day of September 1990, County Judgr Edwards
moved to table the adoption oŁ the proposed 1990-1991 budget
until Friday, September 28, 1990, to give him time to review
the changes in the budget. Said motion failed for lack of a
second.

fiscal year beginning Dctober 1st, 1990, on file and as
amended by Commissioners' Court on September 27, 1990.
Judge Edwards opened and read aluud bids received on road
improvements for East and West Spicer Road and Lehmann Drive.

ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COUNTY ENGINEER AND THE
COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THEIR CDNSIDERATION AND
RECOMMENDATION
On this the 27th day of Sept~:mber 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to refer the four (4) bids
received on the road improvements for East and West Spicer
--- Road to the County Engineer, Gerald Menefee, and the County
Auditor, Tummy Tomlinson, for their consideration and
recommendation.
