Dn this the 27th day of September 199~D upon motion made by C~.-,mmissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved amending Commissioners' Court Order No. 19399, passed on March 12, 199D, to add the Kerr County Sheriff, along with the County Judge, to sign affidavits for regular license plates to be used on exempt vehicles on behalf of Kerr County, as per the Motor Vehicle Title and Registration Manual, Section 3, IV. D. l9P~~• 1 Mr. James Rice addressed the Court and ask that the Y.O. Ranch Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. be recognized by the Court as a volunteer fire department and placed on the County's Workmans Comp. Mr. Rice also ask for financial assistance. The Court told him the budget had just been approved for this year, but to come back in June 1991 when the budget px-oces-s for 1991.--1992 begans.
