Court_ unanimously approved t.o donate a surplus Dot Matrix
printer, compatible to the 'fRS 80 Computer System, donated by
Commissioners' Court on July 9, 1990, to the Kerr County
Historical Commission.

FOREST FUR COUNTY MAINTENANCE, HASED ON THE
RECOMMENDATION OF COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER, GERALD MENEFEE
On this the :7th day of September 199@, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court, based. on the recommendation of the County Road
Engineer, Gerald Menefee, unanimously approved to accept the
following roads in Greenwood Forest, located in
Commissioner's Precinct ~i4, for County maintenance:
Holly Hill Lane
Red Oak Lane - X03@ feet
Sherwood Lane - 435 feet
Holly Hill Road - 1125 feet.
Stan Reid, Assistant County Attorney addressed the Court in
reference to the Kerr Cr~unt•y Personnel Policy Manual. His
suggestion to the Court is to delete all reference to
probationary or just cause from the manual and adopt the
"Employee Policy Acknowledgment".
