COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on Tuesday,
October 9, 1990 at 10:04 A. M. with the following officers
present:
Danny R. Edwards, Kerr County Judge
R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner, Precinct #1
Glenn K. Holekamp, Gommiasioner, Precinct #3
and absent:
B111 Ray, Commissioner, Precinct #2
H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner, Precinct #4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:
ORDER NO. 19860
CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of October 1990 came on to be considered
by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Fire Protection, Road b Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile
State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, and 216th District
Probation Fund.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the County unaniwou•ly spproved by •
vote of 3 to 0 to pay said claims and accounts.
