BUDGET AMENDED TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO JUSTICE
OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT ~1'S OFFICE AS PER THE SALARY
GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE DECISION
On this the 9th day of October 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unaniaouely approved by a vot• of 3 to 0 to transfer
the folloring funds to Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1's
Office, as per the salary grievance committee decision:
52,080.00 to Line Item No. 10-455-101, Official Salary;
160.00 to Line Item No. 10-455-201, FICA Expense; and,
146.00 to Line Item No. 10-455-203, Retirement.
