Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unaniaoualy approved by s vote of 4 to 0 to pay the
County Attorney, David Motley, back pay from his date o£
appointment, January 16, 1990, to October 1, 1990, as per the
salary grievance committee decision.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher £or 53,541.67 made payable to
David Motley, County Attorney.
