unanimously approved by a vote of S to 0 for the City to make
a partial payment of 544,300.00 to the Texas Department of
Aviation as per the Airport Project Participation Agreement,
with City concurrence.

FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT PREPARED BY THE CITY WITH THE
ADDITION OF THE AMENDMENTS RECOMMENDED BY THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 9th day of October 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, Morgan and Ray voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve
the amendment to the City/County Fire Fighting Agreement
prepared by the City with the addition of the amendments
recommended by the County Attorney's Office, was approved by
a majority vote of 4 to 1 The County Judge ie hereby
authorized to sign said amendment on behalf of Kerr County.
